Our Elementary Group includes our Preschoolers and children up thru at least 5th Grade. It is a very active and close-knit group. Art classes, Drama Performances, Park Days, Fun and Educational Field Trips are just some of the things our younger age group does together. H.O.M.E.’s mothers on the Elementary Service Team work together to coordinate field trips and activities each year that fit into the children’s interests.
Some examples of the fun we have are taking the train into downtown Charlotte and going to a play and lunch together, playing at a local spray ground, and having a Valentine’s Day Party complete with a card/candy exchange.
